Privacy Policy
Introduction
Thrive is designed with trust-first architecture. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as your email address, username (which may be pseudonymous), and encrypted login credentials.
We may collect usage information including completed action flows, circle participation data, interaction timestamps, and identity progression markers.
We may collect user-generated content including posts, reflections, check-ins, and inputs to AI-assisted features.
We may collect technical data such as device type, IP address, log data, and cookies or similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to operate and improve Thrive, personalize identity paths and action flows, maintain circle matching, enforce community standards, ensure platform security, and analyze aggregate usage trends.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share identifiable user content for advertising purposes.
AI Processing
Some content may be processed by AI systems to generate responses or improve service quality. This processing may involve secure third-party AI providers operating under data protection agreements.
We do not use identifiable user content to train public AI models without explicit consent.
Data Sharing
We may share data with service providers under confidentiality agreements, when required by law, or to prevent harm and enforce these Terms.
Circle content is visible only to members of that circle and authorized administrators for moderation and safety purposes.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Users may request account deletion. Upon deletion, personal identifiers will be removed or anonymized, though aggregated or de-identified data may be retained for operational purposes.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request portability of your data, and to withdraw consent where applicable.
Requests may be submitted to: contact.thrivee@gmail.com
